DESCRIPTION:
Three-wheeled, self-propelled with two hydraulic motors, directly driving the rear wheels and front turning wheel.
The machine is equipped as standard with an automatic paint gun and an ONLINE kit for the catalyst, which allows it to work with two-component paints COLD SPRAY PLASTIC 98: 2, with preliminary application of the catalyst. The machine can also work with one-component paints.
SPRAY PAINTS:
Two-component paints, mixing ratio 98: 2 and one-component non-refractive paints (without pre-mixed glass beads) based on solvents or water-based, paints with a specific formulation for airless spraying.
TECHNICAL DATA:
• 7 Hp unleaded petrol engine equipped with:
-manual starter,
-upper valves that reduce fuel consumption.
• Airless diaphragm pump: max. Pressure 3000 PSI (210 bar),
• Flow rate: 5.9 l / min. The pump is equipped with a valve to regulate the operating pressure.
• Gun: allows you to draw lines between 10 and 30 cm wide, simply by changing the height of the gun from the ground or by changing the size of the nozzle.
• Compressor 215 l / min, equipped with:
- Ribbed cast iron cylinders that provide better cooling and performance,
- Air valve
Hydraulic drive of the machine, by means of two hydraulic motors, which directly and independently drive the rear wheels.
Variable flow pump ensures better speed control.
• The engine switches off in case the operator starts the steering wheel.
• Rear wheel brake.
• Steering front wheel: secured by stabilizing springs. It is useful to note that very sharp turns with the same radius can be made. It can be locked or unlocked during operation by the pneumatic control of the dashboard
